No, there are not natives, the story is, Erekir s an Hellish planet devoid of life, but Erekir has some asteroid belt that has a extremophile life, the Arthycite, it land into Ereker and live there, until Malis plays with fire and made Neoplasm, which are corrupted Arthycite, if the Neoplasm evolve into those monstrosity, they will attack with one of the two motive, is to revenge against Malis or to survive.

This does genuinely look amazing. I don't really enjoy erekir but the work on this is so fantastic it's definitely worth playing. This is basically a dream for automation fans. A threat that gives you a reason to continually prop up your factory and force you to be more creative, while also making an almost intelligent threat that reacts to it's environment. Like you compare this to Biters in Factorio and it's a whole different league. Biters are just a nuisance to extend your time in Factorio. This Neoplasm stuff is amazing

The fact that Erekir is warm makes it very reasonable as to why this wave of flesh and bones exist, they wouldn't exist on serpulo due to the cold weather as to erekir having sweet spots of perfect temperature. The mass also targets water, damn this is really well thought out, we gonna experience the rumbling lmao but instead of cannons we gonna be using railguns.

How about this idea: all three warring factions must work together to defeat the main enemy - Neoplasm. Turrets of different factions will not attack enemy buildings, but will attack neoplasma. Same with units.
