I did really well today… was walking along the street and all the sudden I heard “bull rush!!! Cha-Ching Cha-Ching Cha-Ching” my ears immediately perked up. But just as I was about to enter I told myself “no, I’m not gonna play any pokies” I was in NSW so I could enter without being kicked out as my self exclusion is in Victoria only… I did so well…. I’m winning my fight against my gambling problem…

@@panther12100 the temptation is still there for me. I’m thinking about Vlogging my adventures. $100 a fortnight. Anything to make ween off it. I’ve been watching Stuart and it has been helping me with my cravings but man so many times I have been so tempted to play… especially when I am upset about something and need that mental stimulus to excite me. I don’t know if I can truely stop gambling forever but I can try my hardest to limit it… even once a month I can play $100… it started recreationally but then it turned to a habit. And I’d gamble on scratchies before I moved to pokies as after a while I just found scratchies to be so unplayable as I have downed so much money… pokies have a play time. I could play for 2 hours and still only spend $100 type of thing. It’s a hard life being addicted to gambling but I should be able to overcome it… I’ve been fortunate enough to put the money I won towards other things besides these bastard machines…

Example my car… I only owe $10,000 left as I put the $6k grand I won towards it. Sure I do regret it as I was sick in hospital for a while and had to spend my savings but sure as hell better than me putting it all back into it….

Hey mate, was just wondering if youd play the grand star machine soon? I think you have before but im not too sure. Anyways, its my favourite one i love how you can get random minis minor or majors. Im pretty sure its only on 1 or 2c but i have seen it possible for a random one on the other denoms with higher bets like $2.50 or $5.00.
