Here’s my problem with the entertainment. I like it but they’re still not using any of their arenas especially the showcase theater. This is a problem because of capacity. These shows are only going to pull small crowds since there’s not a lot of places to sit. Also the showcase theater is great because there’s AC. Anyway, green lantern decal is done, Mine train is open with a new sign, loved how the characters looked, and Zumanjaro testing!

I got all of Great Adventure's coaster credits in this weekend. I was so impressed with the park especially El Toro and it's operations. At so many other parks trying to re ride a coaster is a big No-No. The crew at El Toro encouraged it. That was the coolest thing ever. To be able to get five rides in really quickly is awesome especially on a ride of that caliber. Do you know what that piece of track is from a different roller coaster you can see on Toro? It's like they left it as a memory of the old coaster. I can't seem to find any information about it. I figure you're the guy to ask.

That coaster track that is under el toro was a segment from the old dueling wooden coaster called rolling thunder

I’ve said this, this whole season, el toro’s crew really sets the standard for the entire ride operations crew at the great adevnture.

@@Brandon-rf4rc thanks for the information. We were very curious about that piece of old track sitting there. We also saw a ladder that was just hanging out for no reason in the middle of the supports. I'm sure there was a reason for it but we were just laughing thinking someone left it there

@@stolenarmy_ they had the best operations I've ever seen. They really got it together. I've seen crews with much more technology at their advantage to help them dispatch faster not even come close to the dispatch times I experienced on El Toro. They were literally running to check restraints. Then encouraging you to ride again. Plus they kept you hype the whole time. It might be the best operations experience I've ever had on a roller coaster.

I rode El Toro this weekend. It certainly is not as shaky as it was last year and the year before. Row 17 was the best. Yesterday and today I did a Kingda Ka marathon and I even did a Nitro marathon tonight plus the last train of the night.

I would love to see the parade and batman show to come back. If they're going to lean into the resort aspect they need to bring shows back. I am also worried all this entertainment will only last this yr for the 50th. I want to see all this entertainment, shows, parades, fireworks brought back to the park for good.

On Friday Saw Tom while going in, , we where hoping to see Flash get Topped off, but "NO". Alot of airguns being used on Flash while we where walking in , they where definitely doing something. "GREAT" Video

I was jamming when they played the Six Flags song it never sounded so good and I've been going to that Park since 1985 and one of the first dispatches of nitro when it first came out I always love the different remixes I hear of the song online but that their sounds excellent kudos for you Colin for capturing that

Was at the park Friday afternoon. Very busy with school groups. Medusa was on one train and had a 45 minute wait. Nitro was 45 minutes with two trains. El Toro was walk on. Short wait for Ka. The new loading process for Joker is awful. Line moved slow before but it crawls now. Even with a Flash Pass it was around 20 minutes. The crew at El Toro were amazing. I was honestly shocked by how efficient everything was running. Row 17 ( not sure which train) was amazing and the ride was running smoother than it has been in years. Ka is also running great.

I think the mine train needs better trains so that it’s smoother because the wheels on the side cant pivot so it slams into the corners and yeah ouch cause the track profiling looks fine

I don’t think it’s getting removed it’s just they had so many projects this years they probably didn’t have time to work on it but the new park president said he wanted to keep it so it’ll probably be refurbished

Never said it’s history, it just isn’t opening this year. The park is not looking to tear it down anytime soon, and would like to replace it with a new one if possible

It is an RMC (the ride’s manufacturer) issue. As far as I know, Devil is the only (or one of the only) RMC Raptor coasters that’s actually operating right now

Reserve on your phone with the Six Flags app, each of the locker requiring rides offer free lockers in the queue for Flash pass users
