The Khao Manee cat breed you mentioned aren't always born with odd eyes (as they call it), the condition is called heterochromia, most cats, well, most animals, can have this eye condition, people as well, my youngest has central heterochromia which is two eye colours in one eye, but she has two colours in both her eyes.
