You have to make a banner pattern, it takes a paper and one vine. Theres several you can make

you can craft some, some can only be bought from villagers, and one can only be looted from monuments

To get the creeper charge, you use a creeper head and a piece of paper. To get the skull charge, you use a wither skeleton head and a piece of paper. To get the thing, you use an enchanted apple and a price of paper. To get the bordure indented, you use a vine and a piece of paper. To get the snout, you use a piglin head and a piece of paper. To get the flower charge, you use an oxeye daisy and a piece of paper. To get the globe, you need to trade for it with a cartographer villager. Hope this helped
