you forgot to mention that even though the gilded armor reduces the stats by a bit, it is still partially golden, stopping the piglins from being hostile towards you.

Those mods who add a bunch of simple mechanics, just shows me how little mechanics Minecraft has, every update just adds a bunch o building materials and a few gameplay mechanics that sometimes don't even get finished. I know building is a big part of Minecraft, but it definitely isn't all that is to it, not even close.

honestly i agree with you, Minecraft has basically had the same few mechanics for ages now with just re-vamps to them every now and then like combat for example. I think its just because Minecraft has been around so long now they are kind scared to tamper with the formular that is tried and tested. Of course that dose mean we get no new mechanics- it also means that Minecraft doesn't suffer from potential in-balancing issues like so many other games do: most notably hero shooters when they add in a new character who utilises brand new mechanics it can sometimes break flow and generate complaints of people saying that the character is either too OP or they don't fit in with team comps. Now whilst i know that example is pulled from a totally different genera of game i truly believe that its the same issue which Minecraft is actively trying to not have to deal with, hence the lack of new mechanics that get added to the game.

@@skrecek5 ill do a terraria stream soon but not with viewers as i did this ages ago and ppl would just break stuf and greif all the time and it just wasent fun so ill probally only do it with friends or somin. thats why i havent streamed it yet cause ppl dont like to watch the streams in which they cant join the game unfortunatly.
