At 15:40, that was a facehugger from Aliens. In the movie they attach to you face and lay an egg in your body. Later on the Captain that got facehugged had that egg in him. He didn't know. Later on, you get the iconic scene when the chestburster(egg that hatched in him) blew out of the guys chest. Extremely gorey.
