Are you using education edition currently?

This video is working in normal bedrock edition 1.19.2+ you do not need education edition to get NPC. You can summon a NPC to yourself using the following command: /summon npc ~~~

Double check the command and make sure to set the command block near the area your using or in a ticking area if need be

Double check the commands.... This deffinately works all the way into current version (at this time 1.19. But will continue to work past this version also)

The current version is not 1.19.30, it’s 1.20.81
