I want to ask, the paper material you are using is smooth paper? or plain paper?

I use 200 gsm paper, it's thicker than regular paper. It's up to you if you want to use smooth paper ;)

I use a4 paper too, try adjusting the scale of the template when you print it. Maybe try 115%? You can check the print preview to fit it as large as possible to your liking. Hope it helps!

you dont glue the head to the body, just make a hole and poke the neck through the head
