This would come in handy for a "fishing vessel" that I was planning to do. I'd replace the furnace with a smoker instead so I can immediately cook the fish I'll catch in this fishing boat home.

Me and a friend built a Canal between our two Habors or two bodys of Water. So we needed a way to simulate Merchant Ships witout Sails to go over the Canal. I was desperite. But you saved us again. Boat House.

One question you have your trap doors on the upper edge of the slab I cannot get the trapdoor to do that it’s on the bottom of the slab?🤦🏼‍♀️ 2nd question the planks will not go on top off the slabs I’m in creative so Im guessing that is why Marlo’s I have to persevere because I really like all your builds and you explain so well I’m sorry though I had to improvise a little bit but it still looks fantastic thank you so much

Just make sure the trapdoor is on the top of the block ‘area’ as opposed to the bottom of that makes sense :)

Every time I build a houseboat, in the end there's always disappointed that I can't move around in it. Building a houseboat in Minecraft is not satisfying, imo. They're only nice for appearances from shore (ambiance).

U can make them move by making a flying machine then splitting ur boat into 2 parts and build them on the 2 parts of the flying machine, so ur boat will split apart like a flying machine abd close up again and again but asking as u dont fall it will move plus be a base

how do you place things on the trapdoors without crouching, or your crouching and you dont go down somehow

You’ll need to be crouching and then it should place if you’re on Java edition, I can’t be sure for any of the others :)
