The first thing I thought of when craftee said he couldn’t contain the diamond unicorn is this. Have a fence post above where the unicorn can break (where the unicorn can’t break it.) and use a lead on the unicorn by shift right clicking, and attach the lead to the floating fence.

You should have it where you can enable and disable the diamond wallet, but any diamonds still in the wallet stay in the wallet, or have it where you can take the amount of diamonds you want out of the wallet. Also 13:19 is super sus
