Changes needed for the mod: 1. Make the small people faster to compensate their size (doesn't have to be as fast as the large guys, but still somewhat faster so its not as unbearable); 2. Make naturally spawning partial terrain, with caves, cliffs, etc, so there is more to do while being small, tiny/small mobs would also be very interesting; 3. Make so tiny, small and big items can't mix up and larger people can't use the items from the smaller ones (to avoid the diamond duping exploit and make it harder to cheese it).

This is a good alternative, but what they are using is definitely something else, because of the dream size bits and how they don't need chisels to break bits of the block, as well as them not having actual bits (like how they get raw iron instead of iron ore bits. I believe this is custom coded.
