A full set of iron armor without loot would take 4 minutes to smelt however if you used a blast furnace accounting for the materials it would take 3 minutes and 20 seconds and mining the iron would take around 35 seconds giving 1 minute and 5 seconds to find the iron ore and get tools so it is possible in the 5 minute time limit if lucky
