Minecraft, but there is almost No Cooldowns

I was feeling mischievous so I made it so there is almost no cooldowns. This basically means, skeletons have a machine gun, blazes are actually the worst thing in the entire game now, and ghast's are just doom. After I made it work I was like maybe I could do a challenge run or something and here we are.
It's my first time doing something like this so can I beat the game? (not legit 🤯🤯)

There is no mod link as this doesn't use forge/fabric. Future videos will use forge/fabric and you will be able to download the mod.

It seems quirky to me. As I recall, to replace the wool, the sheep needs to be on a block of grass (which it'd eat indeed) making it dirt. Well, there could still be zero tick cooldown for grass growing so it might not be the case. But what could be the case is the animation for the sheep eating which would be (probably) not sped up and it'd prevent the instant replacement putting small delay between the 'updates'.

If the grass WERE to be eaten, the grass would instantly be replaced because of 0-tick, although I'm not certain it applies to non-mob delays. Either way, there's lots of grass, so with shears, you'd get a tonne of wool regardless.

Things that would've helped: 1. You should've bartered for fire res and pearls 2. Feather falling boots would've allowed you to dodge mobs (Mostly the ender dragon)by using ender pearls without dying 3. You should've made a bajillion stone axes, since they increase your spam damage 4. Multiple shields would've helped for blocking the insane mob attacks Weird things to try with this: 1.
