I have an idea, when you take damage, the lucky heart that has heath removed will either have the power go away or be less powerful for completely lost and half lost respectively. Also if it gets withered, it gets corrupted and starts doing not exactly what it says but it will say in the description what the half and wither version of them do. For example the yellow heart might only give you the body when halfed but when withered it will have the dude fight you so it makes the nether and end more intense as in those places you can take damage easier and get withered. Like so he sees
