Know what’s funny? I used to watch this series years and years ago as a kid and Stampy was my absolute favourite person in the world. But once I started growing up, I stopped watching and Stampy was pretty much wiped from my memory. Maybe about a year ago I started a minecraft world of my own, and a chicken wandered into my house and I decided to keep him. I named him Esther, and likewise for his successors after they got too fond of the fireplace, having no clue what I was doing. I didn’t even realize that was the name of Stampy’s chicken until I came back on a nostalgia trip a while ago. The idea of Esther the chicken was ingrained into my subconscious. Stampy was the singular best and most critical part of my childhood, I am honestly so glad to see him still doing videos.

Best episode yet, I love the transitions between evil and scary Hit The Target and then the fun Stampy's having with the helpers. (Side note, the ceiling that Hit The Target did in the redesigned bedroom is actually really cool). Also the music is really nice and atmospheric(? I think that's the right word. Basically, it's very fitting), and the bit with Stampy singing Christmas carols and the helpers reacting is really funny, and I have to say, Father Crispmas is the best misspelling of Santa's name so far.
