🐮Minecraft Cow Crusher Farm - Easy Starter Farm Build

This is a nice starter farm that will provide you with a bunch of cow related items and food early game. The only annoying bit is getting the initial cows into the farm.
Items:
1 x hopper
2 x chests
stairs
solid blocks
fence post
2 cows
1 water bucket

Please note that this will only work on Java. Not Bedrock.

Im on java.. I made this.. and there's a ton of cows bouncing around and I feed them.. but how long does it take to end up with anything in the chest? I keep checking and nothing yet.

Uh, I think I figured out that you just have to attack them every once in a while to kill them? but how do you avoid killing too many and leaving only 1?

Once there is 20 cows in there then that seems to be the max and entity cramming does the rest.
