The graphics really fit the gameplay for me. It makes me feel nostalgia for some game, but I can't figure out what game is it. Icaria definitely seems worth a shot and I am considering trying the demo. Thanks for making the video!

Bits of it had really familiar vibes to me too and I thought it was Minecraft with how the procedurally generated terrain looked. Glad you enjoyed it!
