I had a strange experience myself on bedrock. I made a mineshaft in a wall next to a village, i then left the village for a few good 5 minutes came back and noticed my iron door for the mine was open. I had a lever for it to open but i found it on the ground. When i went inside i saw a villager walk across two hallways i made. I was freaked out at first but when i went to check it out nothing was there. This was a world on my ps5 and i dont have psplus to show you but i did stream it. The 1 thing i didn't realise till recently when i looked back on the footage was that the door switched from an iron door to a wooden one

Idea: Never build a cross out of anything in the Nether, it never ends well!!! Source: a girl built a cool mini base in the Nether and decided to decorate it using a cross made of diamond blocks. She goes mining for gold nuggets and trading with Piglins and then returns to find her cross has disappeared and builds a new one out of gold blocks. She goes to the overworld to her forest house and suddenly sees something dark and somewhat red watching her from the trees for a second. She does a bit of farming and mining and returns to the Nether to find the gold cross and all the stuff in the chests are gone and then builds another cross out of iron blocks, only for it to disappear in front of her eyes. The same reddish-dark figure runs past the window and an explosion destroys her base. Scared, she returns to the overworld and experiencing signs and clues, eventually getting jumpscared by a scary dark and red demon who leaves a Minecraft crash message saying Y̵̬͗O̴̺͠Ú̶̥R̸͍̎ ̵̡͂ Á̸͕C̷͎͝C̶̦͒O̷̬͂Ȕ̸̬N̵̢̿T̷̩͌ ̸̥̍B̸̠̍Ĕ̷̹L̶͂͜Õ̴͙N̵̯̍G̵̱̅Š̵̭ ̵͔͋ Ḭ̷͠N̶̢̍ H̴̙̒Ë̷̙L̸̮̓L̵̪̇ and her computer crashes. Result: she can never sign back in to her account, Microsoft displays message saying "Account is forbidden"

Idea: The Gift Horse. If you go to sleep before finishing your build and wake up to find it done, be grateful. The Gift Horse is a helpful entity who's really good at building an redstone. If it finds a player building something big and/or complex it'll finish the job while they sleep, like a cobbler elf. But if you don't show gratitude by either not using the build as you intended or intentionally destroying it, them the Gift Horse will build a player farm that you can't escape. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth. Note: The Gift Horse will always use the template given, and won't deviant from the planned design unless it wouldn't work a the player wants, like if they're freehanding a redstone contraption. It also won't use anything the player doesn't have easy access to. So don't be surprised if some items are missing from your chests after, or your other farms have been used. It might even upgrade existing farms if they're a bit slow for the player's liking. Imagine going to sleep frustrated that you can't get mending on your villager only to wake up and find a full trading hall with the best discounts, and a wandering trader farm! Just don't be surprised if you're missing a couple iron and a brewing stand

You obviously got the crops as seeds and just haven't harvested them yet. Baby animals generate naturally, it's not weird. Another harmless entity? That's interesting. And you got a free Piglin head. Those are hard to get since you need to lure a charged creeper to the nether. At least on Bedrock all of them drop one instead of just one, but you're still teasing the highest damage in the game that can only be blocked by a turtle master potion, shield, or standing behind a block.
