Just make it seem natural. And also don't make everything obvious. For a instance; when a door is openning on it's own or you saw a figure just don't type in the chat (or put a text above the video) "Hey look at the door" or "I just saw a figure" just try to ignore it and make the viewers figure out what's happening. It will add more mystreious vibes and creepiness Another tip: Don't try to explain things through the texts. Viewers are smart enough to understand the situation. For an instance; when you say "Things started to get weird" and a weird things happens, the viewer can just understand that something strange is happening without that text. And also when you put a lot of texts it just ruins the experience and make it looks pretty fake. Another instance; when you put a text saying "I started to freak out" the viewer literally would know you would or are freaking out at that moment.
