I think this type of entity related to your npc creepypasta or at least has the same purpose like it. It's an entity with the purpose of watching the owned server when the creator (Gallop) goes for while. Probably by your video, this entity seemingly liking you or neutrally see you as non hostile or harmful user. However, you get spooked too soon as you discover it, and your friends straightforward making fun of you for almost a half hour and disbelieving you entirely. This entity seemingly despise your friends for its less complex mindset thinking your friends are like 2013's Minecraft teens making fun and swearing each other with burning passion to hurt each other to cover their advantages. As a consequence, this entity began to spook you first by pranking; breaking the torches to make you scared and then warps into somewhere. You said yourself with your shivering fingers "if your friends swear, you gotta believe" with all caps. In hope that your friends would see it as indeed real and try to value you more instead of being a troll. But your friends said otherwise. Its final attempt to punish 'harmful' players in its server is to eradicate them at all cost before the server turning into toxic waste of cyberbullying nest. Your friends get warped instantly with no mercy like cheesy creepypasta storylines but this entity still playing with you before you quit the server. Meaning that this earrape meme entity is the keeper of the server. Yet for advanced cause, your friends are missing. This is NOT the benevolent keeper but creepypasta induced villain. If I use your friends' logic, you would be instantly missing without even being warped by the entity just to be chased. Heck this entity has the same ability as enderman.

I have a true MC horror story and here it is: I spent months making a Minecraft map for me and my friends it wasn’t perfect but it worked, we played on it a little bit and it was fine at first... but then things started to get weird all of the entities in the world got teleported to the same spot world spawn which ruined the map. At first I thought it was my friend who I had given operator but I took away his operator powers and it kept happening. So at this point I knew it wasn’t him and then things kept getting worse... all of a sudden all entities were getting killed over and over and over again for at least 10 times in a row things like this kept happening to the point that I had to delete the world in fear of it being a hacker and that if I didn’t log off and delete the world they would hack my account... I’d never had anything like this happen before and nothing like it has ever happened since...
