Minecraft CW test

This is a simple morse code sending system, but unfortunately the way ticks work in Minecraft the timing is very shonky, and a button can't be held down to toggle it like a straight key would work.
If one was good at Redstone you could maybe make an iambic automatic keyer somehow?
