It's really because they spend too much time preparing the jokes, so everyone would feel guilty if they didn't laugh. A while back, people came up with jokes on the spot and no one laughed, and they moved on. Now everyone is making a bunch of sets and stuff that would make the person in the middle feel guilty about not laughing. At least, that's what I think

I have watched him since I was 6 or 7 and his content has went down a little from his older content but some of his newer content is good.
