in case you don't know mojang is starting to add java-used-to-be-exclusive-features to bedrock so you can sneak under slabs now it used to not be possible in bedrock that's why crouching feels off at least for you

The crouching going shorter might be a part of an experimental feature mojang is adding. It allows you to crawl under one block gaps and maybe to fix the camera they made it go lower. I had the same experience when I went into my world and I would crouch in my bedroom to see a hidden button.

Hello Stampy. You probably won’t see this comment but that’s not stopping me from making it. I’ve recently heard the news that you will be ending your Lovely World Series this year. And I want to say one thing: thank you. You were and still are one of my favourite KZbinrs of all time, from when I first watched you when I was 4 even today as 15 year old. In fact during my 4 year of Primary School and 2nd year of High School I was asked who my Favourite Minecraft KZbinr was and I said Stampy, and I got bullied about it both times but neither of them changed my decisions. I’m actually tearing up whilst writing this. I remember when I used to go on my Xbox 360 and play on the tutorial world with your House in it, the Lovely Garden and everything else for hours. I’m not asking to be put into the Lovely Garden and know that I’m too old for that now. I just want to say thank you for always putting a smile on my face and getting me through some dark times in my life. Thank you for creating Stampy’s Lovely World and I’ll see you next time. Stampy mentioned switching to iron tools and never looking back. I remember it was a very early episode where Stampy was using a stone tool to mine gold and he didn't get the gold. He stated that he uses stone tools because "he's old school". Stampy is turning to the dark side.

the reason for the low crouching is because its the same feature in java. if you have a 1x2 door and there is a slab on top of the 1x2 you can go through it with just crouching instead of having to break the slab

Stampy. You have changed many lives for the better. I remember waiting patiently for my turn on our family computer and iPad mini just to sit there for a few hours watching your videos. I cannot emphasize enough how much of an impact you had on my life at the time. There are many experiences in my childhood where I would be doing something and think "Would Stampy want me to do that?" and rethink my decisions. I even at one point showed my friends to you and they were also ecstatic about your videos. One of my friends at the time even had a Stampy-themed birthday party where we decorated little cupcakes at a local bakery, and that convinced my mum enough for her to make me a Stampy birthday cake for my birthday too. Heck, if were going all out, I wouldn't know Minecraft if it wasn't for you. I remember begging my mum to buy me a pocket edition when I got my first iPod so that I could play Minecraft alongside watching your videos, I was that obsessed with you haha. My childhood wouldn't have been the same without you in it and I genuinely believe that I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for you, and I am eternally grateful. Thank you for changing my life for the better. 🧡
