This video features a Disney show called, Fantasmic! Fantasmic! is a nighttime show at Disney's Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort, that features fireworks, characters, live actors, water effects, pyrotechnics, lasers, music, audio-animatronics, searchlights, decorated boat floats, and mist screen projections. The show centers on a voyage through Mickey Mouse's imagination that culminates in a battle against the Disney Villains.
In this video, a server called The Palace Network will be attempting to reenact the show in Minecraft!

If you're talking about Minecraft Pocket Edition, no I dont think its possible to play on that version of Minecraft. For what I know The Palace Network is Minecraft PC Java 1.8 to 1.15 last time I checked
