Loved building this in my friends server, I flipped the sides everything was on to better suit the land I was building off, as well as used spruce and stripped oak to integrate smoothly into our town. Turned out great. Awesome tutorial!

My ONLY issue with this video is it moves WAY too fast. Like even by pausing standards, it’s very difficult to get a good look for comparison to what I’m building as i slowly try to follow along. You can cheat by placing a slab then putting the trapdoor on the slab then breaking the slab anytime you need to place trapdoors out in the open

A friend solved the boat problem. :) (Minecraft Java 1.20.2) Below: 1.) Remove stairs at one side and place the boat. 2.) Maybe you need to sit in it and turn into the right way. 3.) Place behind the boat three blocks, remove first block, place stairs, remove middle block, place piston, remove last block and place redstone-block. 4.)Remove redstone-block an repeat on Top Ein Freund hat das Bootsproblem gelöst. :) (Minecraft Java 1.20.2) Unten: 1.) Die Treppe an einer Seite entfernen, das Boot platzieren. 2.) Vielleicht musst du dich reinsetzten und es in die richtige Richtung drehen. 3.) Platzieren hinter dem Boot einen Block und zwei weitere dahinter, entfernen den ersten Block, platzieren die Treppe, entfernen den mittleren Block, platziere einen Kolben, entfernen den letzten Block und platzieren einen Redstone-Block. 4.)Entfernen den Redstone-Block und wiederhole alle Schritte oben drüber.

For any of my fellow bedrock users who are having trouble with the boat rack, instead of the trapdoor on the middle part, I used dark oak slab. It works just the same. Hope this helps!

nice design congrats! and about the boat rack instead of "F" pattern you can use "C"patern, it take more space but the boat enter whitout a problem and whit some extra details it look even better. P.D "C" pattern is one stairs block normal and above of that one inverted looks like a C or a claw whatever you think it is

I replaced the dark oak with regular oak because it fit more with the surrounding builds. it turned out great and i’m pretty sure this would work for most wood types if anyone is worried abt subbing something in

the materials count was very off and a bit confusing, I had to keep extra wood and a crafting table nearby for the missing pieces, and I had to slow down video speed by 0.75 or 0.5 bc it was too fast, but otherwise I'm very happy with the build, thank you

We need a better tutorial for the boat rack. Still having a lot of trouble putting those there. Pushing the stairs with a piston doesn't work, when the piston retracts it takes with it the boat, taking out the boats from the racks

use the piston to push down the stairs onto the boat - break the piston without deactivating it. got it work after a billion tries lol

Place the upside down stairs on either side of your rack. Then place your trapdoors as shown in the video. Open all middle trapdoors, and place your first boat on the floor. Close the trapdoor above the boat you just placed. Stand on top of the rack, look down through the open trap door on the top panel. You should see the middle trapdoor is closed, on top of the boat. Look just past the trapdoor and you will see some of the wood from your upside down stair. Place the boat there.

For some reason, it is no longer possible to build the boat rack the way showcased in this video - it won't let you put down the boats. However, it is possible to push the stair into the boat with a piston.

I had to use a piston in order to get the boatstand right - but in the end it looked good... i shortened mine so it was only 5 pillars out instead of 7 - and i worked to... 🤣
