I think I have a pretty decent answer for this. Last season had a lot of issues (in the story) and a lot of characters were becoming pretty depressed generally. Everyone’s mental health was seriously dipping. The last location in the last season had become incredibly tainted because of all the issues that happened, and since it was mostly more of the same - not just in scenery and location but also in how issues that came up were handled and how issues continued to pile up - it had become tiresome, old and somewhat depressing. That’s why the series needed a new location when everyone’s issues were beginning to improve, and it’s why the season needed to end. I’m quite confident if the location didn’t change between the end of the last season and the beginning of this one, or the last season didn’t end when the group was packing up and leaving so this one could begin with them moving into the new location, the impact wouldn’t have been as strong as it has been. From what I can tell based on the first episode and the last two episodes of the last season, this season is going to be focused on healing from all the unresolved trauma experienced not only in the last season, but in season one and season two as well. That’s why the last season had to end in everyone moving from the last location and this one began with them moving into the new location. It represents the necessary change required for the characters to eventually heal. So, with this little tangent of mine and all the important things I said kept in mind, I’d say you and numerous other people are far more excited for this season than any of us were for the last one because this season will have a heavy focus on actually healing - especially with everything the characters and the audience with them have been through. This season is a breath of fresh air from the heavy, depressing fog the last season was.

I just remembered something when Rose came to dylans location dylans heart was in pain or something that's never happened with security at anytime and Dylan didn't feel in danger so what if Dylan was in pain because of the other Dylan inside of rose it caused pian because they are from 2 different universes because when ever security has ever come to protect Dylan he hasn't randomly been in pain not with nobe not with him having a mental breakdown only that one time but that's just a guess
