TO ANYONE HAVING ISSUES WITH THE AIR POCKETS: Its a quirk with Bedrock edition. If you are on Java, i would assume you've done something wrong. On bedrock, water will leak into the air holes if the trapdoors are waterlogged (If they have water in the same block as the trapdoor). Trying to remove the water doesn't look the best, so I honestly wouldn't recommend this build to Bedrock players. However, Pryor's other land builds work beautifully, and I just recently built one of the bases out of his Base Design 9 video.

Or you can just build any house you like above it and build a tunnel deep deep down and build any type of basement you want That is much more simple

Sorry for late response. I never got notified of this comment. The trapdoors have to be all open facing the air pocket and you have to place blocks or sponges in the pockets to get rid of the water

when I stand on the Redstone the piston doesn't take the block to go to the basement. why?

the redstone thingy doesnt work for me and we have observers there facing the right way but the block wont move alson the air bubbles dont work for me they just get filled up with water

How do you get the trap doors to make air pockets ? When I do it the water just flows in

Water flows in if the trapdoors open up to the water. Make sure there's no way for water to get in and then place blocks in the space between the trapdoors to get rid of the water
