For anyone stuck on the two trapdoor windows at the roof section, make sure to use L-Shift while ur cursor is focused on the top of the bottom trapdoor. Since you'll be crouching from L-Shift, be sure to walk closer to ensure it stacks closed on top of the bottom one!
