Your video was very helpful On java you can extend the range by increasing the render range up to 32 chunks. Much more reliable than the super sponge that fills water with end stones because that super sponge eventually stalls and corrupts the level data to where it stops working.

Can you give me advice cause the command works but only on a certain world and if I do in a different one with the exact same settings no data packs and it still only works on that world and I play on bedrock

Did it on Bedrock, put all the commands into the two command blocks and it did nothing, I tried levers and redstone and it didn't work

That is strange, maybe try the other commands first to see if they are working, then check back to see what you may have done wrong with this one!
