The lights only come in two locomotive resource packs that I know of. The first one is Gibsters Texel Trains -www.curseforge.com/minecraft/texture-packs/gibsters-texel-trains-pack And the second one is the Santa Fe Industries - www.curseforge.com/minecraft/texture-packs/santa-fe-railroad-inc
