Well this was a mod and not a data pack, which mean dev had to actually download stuff since it isn’t just server side, so he probably knew some insane stuff was going on if it couldn’t be done by datapack

new twist: killing a mob/player with a scythe (axe recipe but uses 3 sticks for handle) gives you a their head which gives you different special powers depending on what mob head it is. All heads will be worn for 1 minute and can't be taken off during the period of effect, have a 2 minute cooldown and are one time use per head, unless otherwise specified. Power ideas: - spider head allows you to climb walls and shoot webs - cave spider head allows wall climbing, web shooting, and does poison damage to whatever you attack - skeleton head gives you a bow with infinite arrows - creeper head allows you to spawn lit tnt blocks - bee head allows you to use flowers to summon bees to attack enemies - zombie or husk head allows you to summon zombies/husks that attack your enemies and you regain health from attacking players with you bare fists - parrot head allows you to select any mob head and powers to be able to use for 30 seconds - wandering trader head gives you ability to trade 1 diamond for ANY mod head - sheep head allows you to use shears on yourself to get wool, and right clicking grass gives you 1 raw mutton - cow head allows you to use a bucket to get milk and right clicking grass blocks gives you 1 raw beef - pig head disguises you as a pig for unlimited time with no cooldown and the compass will not point at you, but you can not use any items, tools, eat food, or use weapons - cod or salmon head gives water breathing - cat or ocelot head gives night vision, jump boost, and speed 5 - silverfish head allows you to phase through blocks - pufferfish head gives water breathing and any mod/player that gets within 4 blocks of you gets poisoned - guardian head allows you to shoot laser beams at targets - elder guardian head gives all players within 30 blocks mining fatigue for 3 minutes, has a 5 minute cooldown - drowned head gives water breathing and you can summon drowned to attack enemies - enderman head allows you to teleport to whatever block you look at within 75 blocks of you, also allows you to pickup ANY block instantly like you mined it with silk touch - zombie piglin head stops all mobs from attacking you - horse/skeleton horse/donkey/mule head gives random speed effect (1 to 5) - fox head makes you move/interact silently and hides your nametag - rabbit head gives random jump boost (1 to 3) - strider head gives you fire resistance and allows you to see through lava - turtle head gives you random slowness (1 to 3) but gives you random resistance (3 to 5) - Llama head allows you to summon llamas that will attack all mobs/players that are nearby - panda head gives you strength 5 if you eat bamboo - polar bear head gives you strength 5 and knockback 5 if you eat raw fish of any kind - wolf head allows you to use bones to summon wolves to attack enemies - evoker head allows you to summon vexes to attack enemies, but it costs 1 heart per vex - hoglin head gives you strength 1 and knockback 1 when you eat any food - magma cube head gives jump boost and fire resistance - piglin brute head gives you strength 2, but you can only attack with a wooden axe - ravager head gives you strength 1, knockback 3, and slowness 6 - shulker head allows you to shoot shulker bullets, but you can't move and will teleport randomly when hit - slime head gives you jump boost 2 and eating slime balls summons random sized slimes that attack any nearby players - stray head allows you to shoot special freezing arrows that slow enemies and deal freezing damage - witch head makes you into a potion master that can make potions with no brewing stand/bottles/water, you just need ingredients - wither skeleton head gives any mob/player you hit the wither effect - zoglin head eating rotten flesh is like eating a golden apple - goat head allows you to eat any block and it acts like you ate cooked beef - mooshroom head allows you to use bowls to get mushroom soup, eating mushrooms gives you a random suspicious stew - axolotl head prevents all mobs and players from being able to attack you for 3 minutes and gives you water breathing, but you can't use items/food/tools/weapons and being out of the water for more then 1 minutes causes you to take damage - phantom head allows you to fly - tropical fish head allows you disguise as any water mob & gives you water breathing, using any item/tool/weapon breaks the disguise - snow golem head (not a carved pumpkin) allows you to disguise yourself as any mob, using any item/tool/weapon breaks the disguise - player head allows just the runner to disguise as any of the hunters and the compass will not point at them, eating poisonous potatoes extends the time by 1 minute per poisonous potato eaten - wither boss head allows you explode destroying ALL blocks within 20 blocks and killing any players in the that radius, but can only be used once per player per world

manhunt idea: making dyed leather armor makes the skin of your hunters like a disguise or suit. so if you make full blue leather armor you would look like dev. this would be great for trolling with the hunters (maybe 2 or 3). maybe the leather armor could also give you a buff or op loot or something.
