I think a good Minecraft Manhunt would be Minecraft Manhunt, But Killing Hunters Changes The Twist. Or if you want a bit more challenge, killing in general changes the twist so you have to be careful when fighting mobs if you have a really good twist.

minecraft manhunt but we are pokemons you can get special habilities and moves from the experience that you have, the experience doesn't dissapear when you die, the type of the pokemon match the color of the hunter and with the enough levels you evolve and got more stats (strength, speed, jump, health, etc.) I think that it would be very funny and also very interesting also you can do minecraft manhunt but im a joke master where you have a lot of traps and items that allows you to mock the hunters, it wpuld be very nice for the great mr.joke
