Seeing so many origin ones, it's nice to see something different than just "I have abilities and weaknesses", mainly cause if they find out the bit, they actually can use it themselves if you let them. Although you did start with a mob sheer so I dunno if it even had a crafting recipe

Ink cartridges are expensive yes. The ink itself is cheap. You pay so much because they built the print heads into the cartridge, which accounts for at least 80% of the cost. If the cartridge was just an ink refill, I doubt you would pay more than $10-15 for it

Wait, why does Gold retain the extra health from the iron golem helmet when not wearing it? Most of the interest in this datapack seems like it'd come from only being able to use four of them at once (especially if the hunters had been able to do it too but make different mob choices), but if the bonuses don't end when the armor is taken off, it's just basically free superpowers with not much in terms of interesting choices to make. (Speaking of which, why in the world do _pigs_ give one of the most OP effects in the game?)
