Well Wisher is also a skin from the minecraft campfires tale. Her back story was pretty sad because she got pushed inside a well. And the thing on her head is a small structure of the village well.

The cave spider is smaller than the normal spider. So I'm assuming the Halloween series spider is just a repaint of the original spider.
