The next Modded Cops and Robbers should use the Legends Mod. Using Horror characters as the warden for a Halloween video. for some of the normal videos, it can be Darth Vader as the Warden and Jedi as the prisoners(specifically, Jedis made from the Jedi legacies). The Mandalorian can also be one of the prisoners. For some of the other normal videos, the Warden can be the Joker with Scarecrow as his guy taking down the heroes. Essentially, based off of Arkham a little bit. multiple characters that are tier 1 can be the prisoners for those.
