How to beat Sins: Just push them by your sword or hand that gives them knockback, which makes them jump one block high. They will create Netherrack below them, so they cant access the top of the surface anymore. do this again and they will be 2 blocks high. You now have a roof maker and a pet :D.

Old video so I doubt many will see this, but I just want to say I LOVE this command. Been playing 1.8 to sort of relive my childhood, as well as play with awesome creations like this. It's rare to see a hard mode that changes up gameplay that much, and you've managed to create a bunch of fun, difficult, and thematic abilities for these mobs. Been making some small tweaks to it and my favorite so far is making the skeleton's missed shots explode with the power of a non-Hell mode creeper =D. Once I understand how these creations work better, maybe I'll eventually be able to port over some elements of Horror Mode to 1.8

Amazing work. I like command blocks and keep trying to be good at them yet I still mess up the simplest things. I couldn't even fathom trying to create one function from this creation. Although I do have a note: I think it'd have been better if you made it so that it could actually be used in survival rather than one apocalypse and then the end. If you had also altered some other game functions that didn't involve mobs directly... Like a chance of summoning a Guardian while fishing, or nice touches like that. Also, if you made it so the sinners rose up every three or so days... You know so that it acts like a modded survival-ish.

7 years late, but this is actually a very easy modification to make. There are two commands to modify: "scoreboard players add @a[score_f_1_min=6000] f_3 1" and "tellraw @a[score_f_1_min=5999,score_f_1=5999] {text:'It is... HELL ON EARTH!',color:dark_red,bold:true}". All you have to do is find those two commands and replace the score_f_1 numbers with whatever time limit you want. I chose 30 minutes, or about 3 mc days if you sleep every night, so I put in 30 min * 60s per m * 20 ticks per second = 36000 in the first command and 35999 in both places in the second Edit: Oh, and this also changes how long of a break the stabilizer gives you, btw Edit 2: My bad, there are actually a few more commands that should be modified: /scoreboard players set @a[score_f_1_min=6000] f_1 6000 /execute @a[score_f_1_min=6000] ~ ~ ~ particle largesmoke ~ ~ ~ 5 5 5 0.5 1 force \*3 other particle commands at different f_1 values that should be modified for best experience* CTRL F says those are the last ones

Added Upgraded Wither Boss maybe a great idea for this command. Suggestion Buff : - Have More Health (400 or 600 Heart or more) - Do More Damage (Deal 1.5 Heart even using diamond gear (unarmored will like kill you in one hit)) - When died, it will spawn 5 Modified Wither Skeleton that have like 40 heart around the death spot and will do lot damage even using diamond armor (2.0 Heart) - 20% Resistance to any damage Drop : - Nether Star - Hell Helmet (Provide Fire Resistance and Resistance I) - Restorer (from this command) That's my suggestion and may take a lot of time to add this. By the way this Command is amazing that will increase difficulty a lot for challenge!

Cool challenge for this: Go and create a custom world where diamonds are extremely rare. Then you use creative mode to spawn in the hell gamemode. Now you have to get a diamond (super rare) and try to change hell back to regular minecraft.

This should be either a mod or something in the vanilla game, i.e. an actual difficulty feature. Also, skeletons should be equipped with tipped arrows of any sort of debuff, such as instant damage, poison, slowness, weakness, etc.

One thing i would love to see is a weapon, where you dont get attacked by one race of mobs, and they even do something for you sometimes. You get a iron golem sword and they kill who you punch With it (If youre Close to iron golems though)

Ich habe mir überlegt wie man es machen könnte, aber ich weiss nicht wie: Du wirst eventuell wissen, was soupen ist bzw. Soup PvP. Kannst du es nachbauen? Man muss einfach eine Suppe rechtsklicken und bekommt sofort 3 Herzen Leben geheilt. Übrig bleibt eine leere Suppenschüssel auf dem Slot, auf welcher man die volle Suppe hatte. Ich habe es bereits gegoogelt usw. aber ich habe noch nichts passendes gefunden. Man könnte die suppe natürlich auf einfach aus dem Inventar werfen und bekommt die Herzen, das ist aber meiner Meinung nach NICHT das gleiche. Ich fände es wirklich sau geil wenn du das nachbauen könntest. Oder zumindest ein Conzept dazu aufbauen könntest. Man könnte das soupen dann auch im Singleplayer trainieren usw.

I think a cool update would be that slides lay eggs (ended dragon eggs on armour stands) that hatch into cave spiders (slower than the regular slide and don't shoot webs or lay eggs) but eventually grow into the regular spider. And I think that even regular spiders should poison you. Is this a good idea?
