For the gold farm, to make things more efficient, you could let the zombie piglins just fall onto some hoppers and then do a hopper minecart track to some chests. Waaayyy easier than building entire water elavators and other systems. You also could spend more time working at the gold farm than wasting time building unnecessary decorations. 😢
