As really comedic and funny as this video is, the music is really nice and hits. actually it is possible but you would need to be *very* lucky. You could build five 9x9 portals next to eachother, then having them locate the portals on to a fortress, wait for some wither skeletons to come thru, use a fishing rod to get them out of the portal with out them going back, have a charged creeper in some water while its nightime, lure the wither skeletons to the creeper, and *boom* you have the heads. Its also possible to get soul sand from a wandering trader, although thats a 1.084% chance so yea. seems pretty illegal.
