You have to activate all the experimental features in your world settings for the custom items to work properly Or simply update your Minecraft pe version to v 1.18.12 or higher

Mutant Creatures Mod has no Herobrine lol It adds mutated creatures of normal Minecraft mobs not a fictional character from a creepypasta story I highly suggest you just download Herobrine related mods/addons there's quite many out there

First go to the download link in the video wich will lead you to a mcpedl site Then scroll down till gou found the download link for the addon file The download link in the mcpedl site will lead you to a linkvertise link To get pass this link you must click "the free access with ads" and wait till 5 seconds till you can exit the ad section After that click the continue or free access and there you go you can now download the addon
