You could put rayquaza at the top of the mountain and then have a biome for Kyogre so you will have all of the wheather trio

I'm surpris you guys didn't put cobblestone around and had lava pour done hitting the cobble stone and spread out forming a mountain and then pour water to turn it into cobble stone an add the other stones at the end
