The water glitch could either be because of a water mount glitch (if you’ve recently caught any rideable water Pokémon, it could have glitched you into a mounting state) or due to a regular bug like the Archen one that hasn’t been patched.

There is a way to get galatians zapdos. You have to find a variant of 1 of 8 pokemon that are already rare. The variant is called a strike form and they have a 0.05 percent chance of spawning in thunderstorms on top of the actual pokemon spawning. Just felt like sharing. Edit: I just noticed riolu has pokerus. Edit 2:I have been informed he had that for a while, oops

No riolu can technically evolve at any level its friendship has to be above 200 tho
