I love the way the yogscast reviews mods, i don'tknow why but i prefer this sort of style of mod reviewing than the way most youtubers do it and go through each crafting recipe ect... This is just more fun and enjoyable

theres another mod that has alot of things like portal 2, it shows threw the portal, it has the dispencer things that look the same from portal 2 instead of plain dispencers that are in the game now, so, i really think its pretty good, but only thing is the emancapashion grill doesnt really distroy any thing

It's so cute how they think a genious programmed a simply teleport_player command to a painting when being touched. ^_^ Not to mention the beginning. *places cube on pressure pad, door opens* "Oh my god! This is incredible! How is this real?" I love u, yogscast, but it's silly how any minor thing in Minecraft becomes "omg", when in other games it's "meh".

@lozerlified iChun: created portal gun mod (with emancipation grid and other goodies). Leggos_My_Eggos: created the enrichment center (with water elevator. At the time, pistons had not been added to minecraft). Verticity: reorginizer of the texture pack, combining an old version of my pack "Precisely Portal" with a modified version of the same pack (modified by Korimito). So it wasn't just one person who did all this.

When iChun does the update for the gun mod they should revisit this. I mean, yeah. The mod was good back then... but the update? That update is BEAUTIFUL. I just wait for the day when someone creates an amazing, creative portal-themed dungeon (not just a close recreation) and uses Precisely Portal's potatOS in it. That has been my dream for some time now, and I'm still waiting...

You must be mistaken, because I downloaded the portal gun only yesterday and it's never been easier to install/use. You just need to google "ichun portal gun mod" and then play some sort of dungeon for the latest version of the mod (he includes links to dungeons in his thread). It's really quite a great mod. And try toning down the caps next time.

It seems as if the portal gun is a non-degrading shovel that activates portals, notice if you use it on companion cubes or things of the sort its a instant mine but not with your fist, therefor the cubes must be either gravel dirt or sand or anything able to be gotten easier with a shovel.

@66tathra Hey I could be completely wrong about this but I don't think a .jar is a kind of archived folder (at least not the kind you need to extract anything from). You should just be able to throw the .jar wherever the modder's asked you to put it and be right as rain. Good luck!

@MegaNattyBoy, go into your .minecraft folder in in %appdata% then open the "saves" folder and paste the folder into it, make sure that it's a folder and not a .rar or .zip file
