whats the point of prot 100 when resistance 5 makes you immune to all damage (1 resistance level blocks 20% damage so 20%x5 is 100% damage blocked)

ok so hear me out prot 100 gives 100 epfs . but the epfs are caped at 20 . each epf gives 4% damage reduction so you have 80% dmg reduction with just the helmet from just the enchants. but since it is capped it doesnt matter if you have prot 100 orprot 400 it has the same result

To see through lava i recommend getting the no fog mod wich makes it so when you jump in water/ lava you can see through it it also removes the fog from the nether and end and everywhere where there is fog this makes it so you can spot structures easier. if you need me to i can send a link to the dowload
