You can replace the top Fence gates with a trap door and the villagers can't leave because they're too tall AND you won't need to quickly rush to come in and out of the Armory. Name suggestions. Smith & Smith. Hammer & Sword (if only the fletcher in there and you'd have the Fellowship of the Ring)
