To me, Ivor was never really truly evil. Although he was kinda evil starting the Either Storm and all, he did have a back up plan to get rid of it but was ruined by Axol stealing the potion. Although I think is was a bit overkill to teach Gabriel a lesson, he never intended for it to go that far.

What I really would like to know, is what happened to Soren in the end? You know Soren, that guy with an obsession with Endermen. He chickened out when they were about to make the final showdown against the Witherstorm, and we never saw him since. Are we meant to think that died?
