They normally allow use of any of their normal tracks, as per the regulations they set in place in a video that you can find on their channel. However, You are correct in this case, Since its a parody, they do not allow use of it. (Most likely because they themselves had to obtain rights from the original owners to remix it.)

i remember mashing this up with gangnam styles vocals and uploading it to youtube (its long since been removed now) then my school found my old channel from the time (at the time this happened that old channel was my main channel and the channel i’m commenting this on didn’t exist) and were praising me because they thought i made the background music when i didn’t it was this i said multiple times i didn’t make the background music but they thought i was lying to this day i think they still believe that i made this when i didn’t

Technically he's referring to bigger numbers that are also used in astronomy, such as 1 thousand thousand. The number he referred to was 1,000,000,000,000, or 1 trillion. Its mostly used as emphasis (IE the sun is 1 thousand thousand thousand miles away [don't quote me on that]) so that people don't get confused by numbers such as 1 quintillion and the difference between that and 1 quadrillion.

If you click on someone's KZbin name and go to their channel, near the top it says "Feed." A person's Feed details every time somebody posts a comment on a video, or likes it. When someone deletes a comment from the video's page, they often forget that the comment still exists in their Feed and can then be read by anyone curious enough to look through their feed to find it. For instance if you looked at my Feed, you would see this comment that I am posting now, even if I deleted it.
