Tbqh his "aardvark" sounded perfectly normal to me but his accent is adjacent to mine too lol. Mine is what's considered the "normal" accent in America, the one that's preferable for newscasters to have or whatever. Accents in America are generally an interesting thing to read about if you ever feel like it, coast to coast it varies widely but when you start looking into neighboring regions they can blend into each other.

The creators of it eventually got pissed off with struggling against Minecraft spaghetti code and went off to make their own game. Vintage Story. While it looks similar, it is not minecraft, it is it's own thing and it's quite wonderful ! And not as difficult to learn as it may seem. It's not on steam yet, only on the devs own site of the same name, but I highly recommend you all check it out ! Alone or on multiplayer, it's really a treat to learn and master.

kinda funny but how you detail everything at the beginning is just. vintage story. you have to knap stone for basic stone tools, you need to craft baskets to unlock inventory space, bears are a Big Threat, etc. it's also a voxel game, and has a lot of neat stuff!! highly recommend checking it out if this modpack interests you.
