It took me 18 WHOLE DAMN HOURS. 63 NEPTUNES BOUNTIES AND ALL MY PATIENCE. I ended up with 3, 3/4 armour sets and so many tool sets before i got 1 full set of armour. The chesplate hated me

focus on the eyes in order from your quest book, on the third eye you’ll be able to access the nether and make storage
