the exterior can be seen as Japanese, though there are definitely a lot of chinese aspects, the interior is straight up screaming chinese(walkway, circular doors, bedroom structure, shrine), I do find your way of naming the castle very unique 翡翠or火水 would be the Japanese name of it, while if using the pronounciation (hi --> xi), would make it 溪水，which I personally like better for a name for a castle, but it is up to the author's perspective. the village is definitely quite very Japanese, as the Torii gates(don't know what are they called in english, chicken resting area?) are a miss, as usually if there are multiple, it means the people who went to their shrine got their wish fulfilled, so they donated and gave the gate to the diety. but usually it wouldn't be built as a turning point of villages, as well as the shrine feels way too small(if it is one) for a shrine that has that many gates. overall it is quite nice as a multi culture build
